Born and raised in the charming town of Sauk Centre, has always had a passion for the automotive world. Growing up in a family that embraced the Ford legacy, he was surrounded by engines, vehicles, and the excitement of the open road from a young age. For Jeremy, cars have never just been a mode of transportation; they represent a way of life, a means of bringing people together, and a source of endless stories.
After years of nurturing his love for automobiles, Jeremy took his first steps into the automotive industry. He couldn’t ignore the calling that this sector had for him. “It’s not just a job,” he often says, “it’s what I do.” His dedication and enthusiasm led him to Mills Auto Group, where he is thrilled to start a new chapter. Although he is new to the Mills family, Jeremy is excited about the opportunities ahead, driven by the company’s core values and a mission to create meaningful connections with customers.
What Jeremy enjoys most about his role is the chance to build relationships and close deals. For him, each interaction is an opportunity to understand his customers’ needs and guide them to find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle. He aims to help his team at MFCW reach the #1 spot in the Mills organization, a goal he is passionately committed to achieving.
When he isn’t busy at the dealership, Jeremy prioritizes family above all else. He loves traveling with his wife and cherishes the laughter-filled moments spent with their kids. Their home is always lively, especially when their energetic dog, Oakley, joins in the fun, alongside their ‘Grandpuppy,’ Tatoe. The two pups have earned the nickname “The Hoodlums” for their playful antics.
Music is another significant aspect of Jeremy’s life. He has always had a knack for it, and his creativity shines through in his music. Performing as a one-man band, aptly named “Beaner,” he plays several instruments and captivates audiences a few times a month. With a home studio of his own, he crafts backing tracks that make it feel like a full band is playing, despite it being just him on stage.
Jeremy’s unique blend of passion for cars, dedication to family, and love for music makes him an essential part of the Mills Auto Group community. As he continues his journey, he looks forward to the memories he’ll create and the relationships he’ll build along the way.

Originally from Monticello, Arkansas, I’ve spent the last 33 years in Minnesota, primarily in the Twin Cities metro area, before relocating to Freeport seven years ago. Currently, I enjoy living on 40 acres with my girlfriend, where we engage in hobby farming and care for our chickens and horses.
I entered the automotive industry after a friend encouraged me to apply at Cornerstone when my previous employer unexpectedly closed its doors. Although I was initially nervous about a full commission role, it has become an exciting journey.
I joined Mills about a week ago and am thrilled about the opportunity to help grow our Willmar location and connect with customers. What I enjoy most is talking to people; it’s amazing how much you can learn by listening to others.
I’m committed to progressing in my career within the automotive industry. My goal is to utilize all available resources to advance, with the ultimate ambition of running my own dealership one day.
Outside of work, my interests have shifted from playing soccer to farming. I now love fishing, farming, and exploring new foods. I have two wonderful children, Cole, an 18-year-old Maple Grove High School graduate, and Hayden, who is a 16-year-old junior at the same school. My time spent at home with my girlfriend and our pets is invaluable to me.
A fun fact about me: I absolutely love my chickens! Watching them forage and interact brings me peace. If anyone is looking for breed advice or just wants to chat about chickens, I’m your go-to guy!
Additionally, I possess a unique talent for breed identification of dogs and chickens, as well as the memorable skill of saying the exact wrong thing to my girlfriend at the most inopportune moments—truly a gift!
I look forward to helping you with your automotive needs here at Mills!

I grew up in Spicer, Minnesota, and my adventure really kicked off when I joined the U.S. Army. I served until 2016, and after retiring, I finally made my way back to the Willmar area. Since then, I’ve been in a few management roles in the automotive industry, and even though I’m relatively new at Mills, I can’t say enough good things about the Team I’m with and the Guests I get to meet. Being the Service Manager lets me get involved in the daily operations while helping my Team play to their strengths and tackle any weaknesses.
My number one goal at Mills? Making sure our Guests are happy and have a great experience. When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me riding my motorcycle, hunting, or fishing. Family is really important to me too; they keep me grounded and motivated in everything I do.

Growing up in Willmar, MN, cars have always been a big part of my life. When a back injury changed my career path, I decided to turn my passion for vehicles into a career helping others find theirs. I love meeting new people and creating great customer experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, hiking, and playing video games. Fun fact: I’m directly related to one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, and I’m double-jointed in my fingers!

I’m from Willmar, MN, and I’ve been a car enthusiast my whole life. From collecting Hot Wheels as a kid to attending car shows, drag races, and other motorsport events, my passion for cars has always been a big part of who I am. I’ve been with Mills for just over three years, where I enjoy helping guests both over the phone and in person—whether that’s answering their questions, problem-solving what part they need, or getting orders placed quickly. I take pride in keeping the service department running smoothly by completing estimates in a timely manner, ordering parts, updating service with ETAs, prices, and availability, and maintaining an organized workspace. I also make sure our inventory of commonly sold parts and fluids stays fully stocked. While I haven’t thought too far ahead, I could see myself in a management role one day—possibly even a GM—but for now, I truly enjoy what I do. Outside of work, I like lifting weights, working on my project car, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about me is that I have a bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement. I’m also a bit of a collector—I own over 2,000 Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, thousands of Pokémon cards, and a display of Lego cars and airplanes in my home office.

Growing up in the picturesque town of Duluth, MN, I developed a deep appreciation for community and the great outdoors. As a child, I was always surrounded by the beauty of Lake Superior and spent countless hours exploring the parks with friends. This love for nature carried over into my adulthood, but it wasn’t until I became a parent that I found myself drawn to the automotive industry.
My journey into this field began quite unexpectedly. I originally applied for a detailer role at a dealership, eager to dive into the world of cars. To my surprise, they saw potential in me and quickly transitioned me into a sales position. It turned out to be a fortuitous decision, as my kids have always had a fascination with vehicles. I embraced this opportunity not just as a job, but as a way to learn and grow so I could share this newfound knowledge with my children.
Since joining Mills on March 9th, 2026, I have been eager to contribute to a well-organized team and witness the dealership operate smoothly. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and one of the things I enjoy most about my role is the ability to help those around me. Whether it’s assisting a customer in finding their dream car or lending a hand to a fellow employee, I cherish the chance to brighten someone’s day.
In the automotive world, my goals are simple yet ambitious. I am excited to continue my personal and professional growth, exploring where this journey will take me along the way.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my kids at the park, participating in church events, and hanging out with my friends. One of my favorite hobbies is skateboarding—though I might not be the most skilled, the joy it brings me makes it worthwhile.
An interesting fact about my life? I’ve built everything I have from the ground up over the past two years and four months, and I truly cherish every moment of this journey. My positive outlook allows me to appreciate life’s ups and downs, embracing each day with gratitude and enthusiasm. It’s this same passion that drives me in my work, helping others while growing my own career.
