My 2018 RAM was making engine noise. Mills correctly diagnosed the issue and recommended repairs. We scheduled the repairs and I was told it was a 2 hour job. I got a call within an hour and a half that it was done. Their service department took care of the third party extended warranty claim for me. The entire experience was seamless and I’m very pleased with the work.

This companies repair services are terrible. They said they repaired our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica's AWD for a previous repair and shortly afterwards the light came back on. They have had our van waiting for repairs for a stuck parking brake for 18 days and they have only returned my calls 1 time after numerous attempts to contact their service manager Hunter for updates. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership and instead go to Olivia Chrysler who have provided fantastic service for us in the past.

Technician positively diagnosed the issue my car was having and had the new parts replaced in a timely manner. I would have replaced the parts myself as I am pretty handy but some things needed computer reprograming. My car has been running great since. I have had other vehicles serviced here in the past and both their Ford and Mopar techs are some of the best in the area!
First experience with Mills Ford in Willmar, making the appointment, checking in, courtesy car ride, and picking up the vehicle when the work was completed was all good, the only thing that I thought they could’ve done was to give the vehicle a light wash as a added free service, especially for a $1,200 repair.
My Ram 3500 was having trouble while we were traveling. I was a walk-in and they were still able to get me taken care of while I waited in their nice customer waiting area. I will definitely do business with them again should the need arise while I'm in their area. I'm very impressed with their technician as well. The service manager is a "straight shooter" as the saying goes.

Full hour of labor for 20 min of work for making a key on an old car @197 dollars is a bit ridiculous. Do you pay your tax a full hour if they only work a half hour as a business probably not so I shouldn’t have to pay for a full hour if I don’t get a full hour of work

Hello! The only thing I would say is that you need to have a real person answer your phone whenever you call. I tried 4 or 5 times and no one answered it just went to voicemail. We were on vacation and had to replace our starter. The job they did was very good. And the price was very affordable.

There was confusion when I first went in. But that could have been me. And they couldn't take a walk in anyway. But came in the next day and they killed in in no time and the price was ridiculously lower than I expected. So I would definitely recommend.

My wife originally called to have her Lincoln recalls done and we had some issues with the front end so we had them look at that as well. They scheduled an appointment for a week out. When I dropped it off I told them what was going on with the front end and they fixed the problems we were having and created another problem. Very happy with the service
It was rather interesting! The loaner jeep I was given to use began to drop speed as I was entering a construction zone. I managed to get over as best I could in heavy semi traffic. I thought it was out of gas. I called Mills and was told there was over 100 miles to go until empty. So Mills sent a tow truck to haul me back to Mills. Called multiple times, no answer, left messages, no return phone calls I til I used the angry customer voice and then it was top notch. There should be no reason the phone is not answered every time and calls returned promptly. Customers should not have to be angry to get service.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a “new to me” vehicle. The sales rep Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process along the way.
