I brought my car in for the works oil change, tire rotation, battery test etc. The service was great other than forgetting to give me the paper with the test results of my bad battery (still under warranty) to get it exchanged from where I bought it, who told me my battery was still good, but finally replaced it. The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional.

Great place to have my truck worked on! The oil change was fast and everyone was really friendly. I've ordered a remote start and having Mills install when it arrives.

Sadly, the cruise control did not work, so we are taking it to our local dealer. I don't know what the service dept. could have done to catch that, but maybe check those things in the future. I was happy with Noah and glad we found a good deal! (hopefully??)

The staff is real friendly. Very pleased with the service. From the receptionist and the service department. The mechanic got things done we didn't think could be done. Hey my name is Jony and I went too Ram dealership in Willmar yesterday I have recall from the company about some issues in my Ram 1500 2022 and they fix it and I have one more problem with my screen Whenever I crunk my truck my truck screen do not come on and all the time I have too turn on the screen from on/off button and I tell the lady on the front desk where we enter the dealership ki I have the problem with the screen too and I wait over there for 20 minutes they don’t do ...

Went there to look and test drive, Noah was our salesman and he didn't pressure us at all on our choice of which vehicle to get. We will definitely recommend and be back to purchase in the future.

Our salesman Alroy was awesome, however the paperwork to complete our financing took way too long than what should be acceptable. We were at the dealership for 4 hours on a Saturday which was unbelievable. The next week I then received additional blank forms to sign with no note or explanation of what I was signing. Hope they get their finance department straightened out.

On this trip had a good experience....mainly because they let me bring my truck right in and a training service tech and I messed with it until the problem was solved! Usually along wait or booked out, but this time they were willing to work with me and I give credit where credit is due.

Salesman found an affordable 4 wheel drive to use for my new post office job. Finance was thorough and explained all the options. My payment is affordable and I hope to have the vehicle paid off in less than a year.

It is a shame I personally live so far away, I would like to business with Mills again in the future, and who knows, maybe I will. They had what I was looking for, and we did a lot of getting ready over the phone which was a new experience for me. When I bought my 2021 Edge the salesman was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. If this vehicle would have been at another dealer I would have walked out of Mills. They could care less if they sold the vehicle or not. Had to walk in and search out for someone to show us a vehicle. Then after we started talking to make the deal it took them an hour to offer us anything. When they "cleaned" the vehicle for us to take at the end it looked like the took 5 seconds with some wet wipes on the inside of it. No floor mats in the vehicle and did not even offer any ...

Very satisfied with service department on a second recall notice. Warm reception. Effective schedule coordination. Service and parts personnel were knowledgeable. Replacement parts available immediately. Minimum time out of service. Waiting room internet office continues to be a great facility...well equipped and enabled me to continue work while waiting. I was sent to the Ford side because the Toyota side didn't have openings until late July. They then told me I had to pay because the Ford side doesn't do warranty work for Toyota. Excellent Experience and Attention to Detail!

I drive over 70 miles one way to bring my car in for an oil change. They do a super job. In addition to the oil change, they do a multiple point check of different factions of the car and even did a tire rotation. They did this all for the price of $54. The car is clean when the service is complete. I sit in the lounge and wait while the car is being serviced. Very relaxing.


Went above and beyond what I called about. Found me a spot to get tire fixed and even helped out with my CarPlay.
