My wife originally called to have her Lincoln recalls done and we had some issues with the front end so we had them look at that as well. They scheduled an appointment for a week out. When I dropped it off I told them what was going on with the front end and they fixed the problems we were having and created another problem. Very happy with the service
It was rather interesting! The loaner jeep I was given to use began to drop speed as I was entering a construction zone. I managed to get over as best I could in heavy semi traffic. I thought it was out of gas. I called Mills and was told there was over 100 miles to go until empty. So Mills sent a tow truck to haul me back to Mills. I brought in my used 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I bought on a private sale. I had questions about using some features! The service center was outstanding. They walked me through different features how to operate them.

I was scheduled for service work for a recall. I dropped off my vehicle. A few hours later I was told that the recall work was not completed because they didn't have the part.

Called multiple times, no answer, left messages, no return phone calls I til I used the angry customer voice and then it was top notch. There should be no reason the phone is not answered every time and calls returned promptly. Customers should not have to be angry to get service.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a “new to me” vehicle. The sales rep Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process along the way. Service person was friendly and helpful even brought me back to Payment area when I needed to pay. My only concern was with individuals completing my work when I asked how low my battery was they had not checked it just assumed because I said I think I need a new battery that that is all that they put in and didn’t check to make sure that is what was wrong.

I worked nearby and decided to have them fix my brake light as I tried 3 other shops who couldn’t figure it out! I was sick of getting pulled over and getting warnings from police! So they pulled it in and changed it easily! I’m thankful I could go on the road safely again! Professional and quick!

Waited for vehicle repair and after seeing car repair was completed waited 10 minutes with no one checking me out so went and asked if they could check me out. Did not get a copy of the inspection report. After bringing the car home after driving for a number of days noticing smell of hot or burnt oil. Also had issues with auto headlight function after rear brake replacement and oil change. Not sure but a 4 star rating might be to high.
Not a good experience before Jeremy got there. Not knowledgeable people in your garage Department. Jeremy had to take over my case for me. I'm glad he did. I think he talked to the people in the garage area because Kristen or Kirsten or whatever her name is was really good when I came in to pick up my vehicle
